This ancient Wiltshire city is too small to have a seat of its own, and the constituency includes broad swathes of south Wiltshire. Stonehenge lies within the seat, and Salisbury Plain - which gives it a high proportion of servicemen (although their turnout is low). This rural seat is consistently Tory, though the Lib Dems frequently take large bites out of the Conservative majority. Barring a meltdown, Robert Key, a 'wet' Tory, should maintain pole position.
