A mouthful of a name for this new seat, which is actually a southern suburban area of Lincoln city. Although a quarter of the electors in the seat come from marginal Lincoln, by far the majority come from Mrs Thatcher's old home constituency of Grantham. Unsurprisingly, this makes this seat very safely Conservative, but it should be noted that the loss of some of Lincoln's Tories tips that marginal over to Labour. A new safe Tory seat here, but at a considerable price.
